Privacy Policy

Fruit Slice (the “Game”) is a product of PortalPi. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Game at fruit.portalpi.com.

PortalPi Privacy Policy: This policy supplements the PortalPi privacy policy available at https://portalpi.com/policy. If there is a conflict, the PortalPi policy controls.

1) Information we collect

  • Gameplay data: score, selected level, and basic in-game events needed to run features like leaderboards.
  • Username: if you choose to submit a score, you may provide a username for leaderboard display.
  • Payment metadata: when you make a Pi payment (e.g., “revive” or “leaderboard submission”), we may store payment identifiers such as payment ID, transaction ID/txid, amount, purpose, timestamps, and server verification status.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (e.g., IP address, user agent) used for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.

We do not collect your Pi wallet private keys. Pi payments are handled by Pi Network / Pi Wallet.

2) How we use information

  • To operate the Game (render gameplay, calculate score, apply power-ups).
  • To display and manage leaderboards (including anti-cheat and moderation).
  • To verify purchases and prevent fraud/abuse (approve/complete payment flow).
  • To maintain security and reliability (monitoring, logging, debugging).

3) How we share information

  • Public leaderboard: if you submit a score, your username and score may be visible to other players.
  • Pi Network: payment processing occurs via Pi Network services. We exchange payment identifiers required for verification.
  • Service providers: we may use hosting and infrastructure providers to run the Game. They process data on our instructions.
  • Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the Game, or our rights.

4) Data retention

We keep leaderboard entries and payment logs as long as needed for the Game, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We may delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

5) Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6) Your choices

  • You can play without submitting a leaderboard username.
  • You can request removal of a leaderboard entry or ask privacy questions by emailing fruitslice@portalpi.com.

7) Children

The Game is not intended for children under 13 (or a higher age if required by local law). If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.

8) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date when changes are made.
