Terms of Service

Fruit Slice (the “Game”) is a product of PortalPi. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Game at fruit.portalpi.com.

PortalPi Terms: These Terms supplement (not replace) the PortalPi terms available at https://portalpi.com/terms. If there is a conflict, the PortalPi terms control.

1) Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under your local laws. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Game only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2) The Game

Fruit Slice is a casual arcade game where you slice fruits to score points. The Game may include difficulty levels, power-ups, leaderboards, and other features.

3) Payments (Pi Network)

Certain features may require a Pi payment (for example: submitting a score to the leaderboard, or purchasing a “revive”). Payments are processed through Pi Network / Pi Wallet and are subject to Pi Network’s terms and policies.

  • When you initiate a purchase, the Game may create a payment request and verify it server-side (approve/complete).
  • We may store payment metadata (e.g., payment ID, transaction ID/txid, amount, timestamp, and purpose such as “revive” or “leaderboard”).
  • All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

4) Leaderboard and Username

If the Game allows you to submit scores, you may be asked to provide a username. You agree not to use any name that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove or hide usernames/scores at our discretion.

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, exploit, or attempt to manipulate scores, payments, or leaderboards.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Game, servers, or payment verification endpoints.
  • Use the Game to transmit malware, spam, or abusive content.

6) Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, artwork, and branding, is owned by PortalPi and/or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7) Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time. We may also update these Terms. If changes are material, we will update the effective date.

8) Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee that scores, leaderboards, or purchases will be available at all times.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PortalPi and DIGITAL Eforie ORG SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Game.

10) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
